5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical payment structure includes an initial deposit (usually 50%) and final payment upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the delivered code and assets, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. DevX100 retains the right to showcase project work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.
